Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.

• Request forms: your name, phone number, email, address and the details of your request. If you add photos, we store them with your request.
• Chat assistant: your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer. We do not store chat transcripts; we keep only basic counts such as the date, language and number of messages. If you ask for a callback in the chat, we store the name and phone number you give us.
• Online booking: appointments are scheduled through Cal.com, which receives the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting. It does not use advertising cookies.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We also count clicks on call, booking and form buttons, without storing who clicked.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule work, give you an estimate and follow up about that request. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

We will only text or call you about your request because you asked us to. Reply STOP to any text or tell us on the phone to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Cloudflare (hosting, database, spam protection, analytics)
• Anthropic (AI chat answers)
• Cal.com (online booking)
• Our email or messaging provider (to alert our team about new requests)

How long we keep it

We keep request details as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting (703) 555-0121. Virginia residents have these rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
